Owning companies include regional haulage companies such as Klaralast and Västra Svealands Virkesfrakt, as well as TRB, the umbrella organization for fourteen large regional haulage companies, which has almost 8,000 vehicles at its disposal.

The B shares have been issued in connection with issues from 2007 to 2021. The issue price in the latest issue was SEK 70.
